Rhoads Auctioneer holds no warranty to descriptions.
No statements whether made by the auctioneer or in the catalogue are
a guarantee of any kind with respect to size, provenance, or condition of an
item. All announcements made the day of Auction take precedent over previous
announcements.
- There will be no refunds.

- Your bid
is your contract to buy. The highest bidder is the buyer.
Once an item has been purchased it is the responsibility of the buyer.
Ron Rhoads Auctioneer is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- All
disputes shall be settled at the discretion of the auctioneer.
The Auctioneer has the final decision.
- Ron
Rhoads Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bids that are not of fair
market value or not in the best interest to the consignor.
- Please be
sure to inspect all items carefully prior to bidding.
Once you win a bid the item is yours,
we will not re-sell a “mistake”.
- Payment
by personal check must be verified with Ron Rhoads Auctioneer.
- Unless otherwise
noted in the auction brochure, there
will be a 15% Buyers Premium for on-site bidding (16% for internet bidding) added to all purchases.
- With your
registration, you are agreeing to all the above terms of sale.
- Shipping is available though Ron Rhoads Auctioneer, costs will be responsibility
of buyer.
