Lot 150 German Green Roof Bungalow This one room bungalow made in Germany in the first quarter of the 20th century has an unusual, and original, green roof. The house is 13 ½ inches high, 14 ¼ inches wide and 13 ½ inches deep. There is no model number. While the interior has its original wall and floor papers, there is some paper loss in the floor and separations in the wall paper. The two front windows are glazed with hand painted mullions. The curtains appear to be original. The windows of the dormer at roof level are unglazed and have pressed cardboard mullions. The cardboard mullion of one window has detached from the frame but is inside the dollhouse and can be put back into its proper place. The porch railings framing the front door have distinctive circular balustrades. The rail and balustrade on the right side required some restoration. The missing window ledge on the right was also restored. The paper on the interesting deep base of the dollhouse is not original. There was clear evidence that the bungalow had front steps and two chimneys. Replacements were crafted in keeping with the character of the dollhouse. CONDITION: Good
